- Sodium phosphate dibasic heptahydrate - Sodium chloride - Water for injection

Each pre-filled pen contains a clear, colourless to slightly yellow solution.

- Dosage & Frequency: Mounjaro is injected once a week, on the same day each week. - Your healthcare provider will prescribe the starting dose, which may be increased over time depending on your response. - Use the pre-filled pen exactly as instructed in the patient leaflet or by your pharmacist. - Administer the injection subcutaneously in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. - Do not inject into muscle or vein.

Store in a refrigerator (2°C to 8°C). Do not freeze. If needed, the pen can be stored at room temperature (up to 30°C) for up to 21 days.

- Prescription Only: Mounjaro is a prescription-only medication and should only be used under medical supervision. - Not suitable for individuals with type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. - Do not use if you are allergic to tirzepatide or any of the listed ingredients.
